Opening Ceremony - Liberating Dance

This workshop is a gentle yet energizing ceremonial journey designed to open the festival container through embodiment, movement, and presence. We begin with an opening ceremony that invites participants to arrive fully—out of the mind, into the body, and into shared intention. Through guided breath, grounding, and liberating, intuitive dance, participants are invited to shake off expectation, awaken aliveness, and connect to themselves and the collective field.

The workshop aligns with the festival’s themes of spiritual awakening, playfulness, healing, and community by offering a safe, consent-based space where expression, presence, and connection are invited—never forced. Participants leave feeling more embodied, open-hearted, and connected to themselves and the group.
