Heart Melt

The workshop would consist of sharing circle/intention, followed by 30 min light session and then integration share circle. Focus would be on heart opening and love while allowing the brain to expand beyond its regular trajectory. I offer healing touch while participants are under the light to allow the nervous system to fully regulate and the light to work to maximum potential.

This fits in with the festival's theme of spiritual awakening, allows the participant an experience of child-like wonder in the light experience and offers the participant healing from old mental patterns and physical ailments which are found on lower frequencies. Participants have the opportunity to access quantum potential, transcending the limitations of the mind and body, break up old patterning and allow new thought and ideas in.
